Our custom wedding cakes are priced per serving and start at approximately $10 per serving, with the final cost depending on the size, number of servings, and overall design. For reference, our two-tier cakes (serving around 36-40 guests) start at $400, and our three-tier cakes (serving around 75-80 guests) start at $800. We’re happy to provide a more accurate quote once we know more about your guest count and design preferences.
Dessert options:
In addition to wedding cakes, we also offer a variety of desserts, including cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, and more. These can be added to complement your cake or used to create a full dessert table for your guests. To view our full menu, please go here!
Delivery policy:
Delivery and setup at the venue starts at $150 for venues in the Leesburg/Ashburn area, with final pricing based on distance. To confirm delivery availability, please include your venue name and address in your reply. Delivery is optional but recommended for two tier cakes, and is required for three tier or more cakes.

Cake Tasting Consultation:

Experience a personalized tasting consultation designed to help you select the perfect flavors and design for your celebration cake. During your appointment, you’ll sample a curated selection of our most popular flavors and discuss your vision, theme, and details to ensure every element reflects your event.
The cake tasting is a 30-minute in-person tasting is $100 for two guests, $50 for each additional guest. You can book up to 4 guests. We recommend scheduling the cake tasting 6-8 months in advance and checking with us about our availability for your wedding date before booking your tasting, to make sure that we are available to make the cake for you.

- 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially book your date. All dates are considered open until payment received. Any remaining balance will be due in one month before the event date. Any changes to this order must be made at least one month prior to the event date. If the order is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If fresh flowers will be used on the cake it is the responsibility of the florist to determine flower safety and safe food practices and not the cake decorator.
- We provide cake stands for a $200 refundable deposit and $50 rental fee. All rental items should be returned within 4 days after the wedding date. A late fee of $20 per day will be charged for each day the items are late. If any items that are rented are not returned or are returned damaged in any way, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In the case of an unavoidable situation, such as a car accident or poor road conditions during delivery, the cake decorator cannot be held liable for more than the cost of the above-ordered cake.
- 6% sales tax and 3.5% Leesburg food and beverage tax will be added to the total cake amount. Delivery will be an extra charge depending on the distance.
-Dana’s Cake Shoppe does not offer cash or credit refunds for any cake or dessert order. All sales are final.
- We do not recommend cake pickups for cakes with more than two tiers. If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, please be aware that we will not be liable or responsible for the cake once it has left our location (any damage that may occur during or after the pickup in any way). We can deliver your tiered cake to any DMV address.
For a wedding cake with more than two tiers, there are no wedding cake pickups, deliveries are required.
- It's the client responsibility to ensure that the cake will be set up in an area that is climate controlled to ensure that the wedding cake remains intact and retains its original condition. Extremely high temperature and humidity may affect the condition of the cake.
- Matching colors: we make every possible effort to match your wedding colors, however, when working with food colors, perfect color matches are sometimes difficult to achieve. Dark colored icing has a tendency to darken further over time, with humidity or heat.
- IMPORTANT: Some products may include nuts and/or other allergens. No guarantee can be made to people with allergies, if you do have an allergy, please let me know beforehand so I can make sure that your order hasn’t touched any nuts/ allergens. We offer gluten-free and nut free products but we are not a gluten/nut free bakery.
